Think You’re Too Old to Learn an Instrument?
I know my dad always thought he was too old to learn to play an instrument. He had always envied friends and family who knew how to play the piano or the guitar but he never really took it upon himself to try it out.
Now that he was retired I figured he has the time to put to use and learn to play something. He had an old keyboard so I decided Piano was the best thing to start with.
I found him what looked to be a great piano lessons dvd course online. I ordered it and got it shipped to his house as a surprise. He wasn’t sure what to think of it at first, but after he over came his resistance and gave it a try he really liked it.
The moral is if you think you’re too old to learn you’re wrong. You’re never too old to learn something new.
