I told my fiance tonight that I know what he’s planning for our honeymoon. I told him that I know it has something to do with searching for gold. I love to buy Italian cheeses. For some reason, they just seem to have more flavor than other types. This started when a new grocer came to town. We went to buy some items that were on sale and discovered their extensive cheese department. They offer classes on different cheeses and you can sample before you buy. We happened to be there one day during a class and that’s what got us hooked. I actually take my kids there twice a week to participate in a class.
