How to access remote IT support for your organization

Connect directly with the windows, select all the files of your computer, and then click accessories.

 

Then choose to click remote desktop to open your dialog box. Type the name of the remote computer support name in the box and then press on the connection key.

 

A new terminal window will open, you need to give your organization administrator username and password and you will be gaining access to the remote desktop of the support  computer and thereby load all your important files and programs of your organization.
