My husband has great abs. I love it! He says the trick is to do as many crunches as possible. His average is around two hundred fifty per day. He does equal side crunches, that is where you lift your head and turn. Once to the left once in the middle, once to the right. And then start over. This is one of the best abs workouts he has been able to find. He has looked for years to find a good workout. He claims that just by doing good old crunches, anyone can have the body of their dreams.
