It all started with the grains

I finally lost some weight around my mid section.  It all started when I gave up the carbs.  Finally giving up grains for fat loss was not easy, but I did do it and  lost the first few pounds of baby weight after a year of losing nothing.  It was a little bit harder for me because I ate all whole foods, and organic.   So I  already thought that what I was eating was healthy, but I was just not losing the weight.  I never ate bread products, nor soda, nor snacks , nor sweets really.  I lost 15 pounds in 2 weeks.
