Starving yourself is not a viable diet option. If you want to lose weight, you MUST eat healthy meals every 3 to 4 hours. Starving can actually backfire and undermine your dieting efforts. For one thing, by starving, you will become very hungry, possibly very grouchy, and might not be able to think sensibly and make a rational decision about food. You will let your emotions, your hunger cravings for food, betray you, and you will end up either overeating, or eating all the wrong foods, especially if you are out somewhere and don’t have easy access to healthy diet-friendly foods.  Get in better shape with Home Exercise Equipment.  See the link for more.
