We Decided to Turn the Downstairs into Usable Space
We thought about all the different ways that we could do the remodel. We spent a lot of time analyzing it and running the numbers. We knew that the finish basement cost drywall would be more expensive than this method. That is why we choose to do this. Now everything has been done and the room is a hit with our family and friends. We always host the parties, because we have the most usable space. We are excited to have people over now. We have always enjoyed socializing and the added space makes that happen now. I am glad we made this investment.
