Getting Worked Over By My Insurance Company
I am furious right now. I just got off the phone with my insurance agent and apparently my van insurance uk is not going to cover the accident I had last night. I swerved to miss an animal in the road and, according to the agent, I do not have coverage for accidents caused by wildlife. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and I want to know if they can get away with not paying. I have comprehensive coverage and did not realize I would need to purchase a separate animal policy. Nobody bothered to tell me that when I was buying. No matter what happens, I will definitely be switching companies as my agent has not been helpful.
