Keeping Our Great Cable Guys
I work for a small cable contracting company. I am the manager of the HR department. We are trying to work with the management in the other departments on how to improve working conditions for our employees. Our turnover rate in this company is staggering. The employee that has been here longest, has only been here for two years. I have talked to other cable contracting companies, they have employees that have worked for their companies for over 20 years. We need to implement a new HR Strategy and keep our employees happy, so they will be more likely to stay at our company.
