Single Sex Schools Have Less Peer Pressure

Single sex schools are better. That is the fact that many researchers have found to be the case today. Single sex schools reduce intimidation, low self-esteem, and social anxieties. Many studies indicated that single sex classrooms reduce the peer pressure and further increase performance of both girls and boys. Girls are free to be individuals academically. They are not competing with other girls for the boys attention. Likewise, boys have less peer pressure, not having to show off, bully, or perform to impress girls. The schools are also free to design their programs around the traits of either sex, conforming them to how they learn differently. What do you think? Give your opinion at Facts.edu
