I Love My Raffia Straw Hat
I love the hat that I got for my birthday. It is a raffia straw hat and I wear it a lot. It is made from natural palms that are woven into little braids. This makes it sun and rain resistant.The hat is so lightweight that I forget that I have it on. Once a strong wind came when I was at the beach and blew that hat off my head. I had to run along the beach to catch it and I was out of breath by the time I finally caught up with it. When I go anywhere outside I wear this hat to keep the sun off my face.
