The Second Purchase
I’m a little bit nervous right now. My husband Larry and I are about to purchase our second aparthotel. We already own one in Costa Rica, this time we’re buying an aparthotel san jose. Since we’re not planning on moving we’re going to have to hire an entire staff to run it. It’s a big purchase, but I think it is going to be fine. Our daughter Rica really loves the place. She’s already told us that she’ll help with the hiring. She may be on to something, she’s a very good judge of character. I think this will all work out.
